As soon as your order is placed our team goes hard to work at sourcing, quality-managing and shipping. Our order processing time is generally 3-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for the shipment, the tracking will be available and sent to you.

All items are made to order, so sometimes we need an additional 24-48 hours to source, because we have to engrave or custom produce it after you order. Customized items are not mass produced.

All orders are secured, insured and tracked with a live-status tracking ID. This means you can follow your order every step of the way.
