- All purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your last package. The length of time we accept returns from customers is 30 days (including working days and non-working days). If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of custom products, we only accept returns and exchanges on defective products. Wordodiy will make every effort to resolve the problem and issue a replacement, refund or partial refund of the product. Final resolution of defective products will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Wordodiy.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at support@Wordodiy.com and attach videos and photos within 7 days for diagnostic and quality assurance purposes.
- All items must be unworn and in original condition with original packaging and all labels. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed or altered are not eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Returns for International Orders: International customers are responsible for shipping costs, any duties and taxes. We cannot refund any taxes or duties collected by the Customs Border Office.
- The buyer is responsible for the return or return shipping cost.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

1. Damaged or received the wrong item
Please check your order when you receive it, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct the problem, If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you do not need to return it. Please handle it yourself. We will resend the correct product according to the order address or pay the return fee unconditionally (the return fee includes the total amount paid for the order and shipping tax）. Before this, you do not need to bear any shipping costs, taxes and other charges. We will be responsible for this

- When the goods were received, the packaging shell was deformed and severely damaged.
- The inner packaging of the product is deformed due to rain soaking during transportation, squeezing by heavy objects, transportation errors, and errors in customizing the product at the time, resulting in damage to the product.

2. Items that do not fit the size or are not satisfied with the quality
Each of our products has a detailed size description, and all products are produced according to strict standards. The detailed description of each product clearly describes the fabric composition and material of the product. If you do not pay attention to checking the size to place an order, buy a product that is too small or too large, or feel that the quality is not satisfactory, we will not allow unconditional refunds; when the purchase amount is less than 59 US dollars, you can choose to replace it with a suitable one size or return our products, provided that you need to pay the shipping cost for the new order; when your purchase amount is more than $59, we will only return or exchange some unsuitable products. If you insist on returning the entire product, we will deduct the shipping cost before the product is shipped to you when refunding.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special order or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
2. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for specials or gift cards.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the chargeback. please kindly wait for about 7-10 days to get your money back into your account (depending on various banks).
Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please make sure they are packed properly to avoid any damage during shipping.
Since the package remains your responsibility until it arrives, be sure to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about a return. We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.
Please note that WordodiyCom is not responsible for any failed delivery attempts due to the negligent actions of the customer.
We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer's mistakes such as:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
- Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it's well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated exactly as same as the preview on our website).
Notice：If the customer requires an exchange or return due to the above reasons due to their own reasons, the customer needs to bear all shipping costs and taxes in the corresponding place. If you need help, please contact our.
Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal to ship confirmation and incorrect consignee information (such as order address, contact number or consignee name). In this case, we cannot request a refund for you. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at support@Worodiy.com as soon as possible with your order number and correct information.
If a return has been agreed, please note that defective goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. If the replacement part is approved, Wordodiy will produce and ship it in the shortest possible time. If a partial or full refund is agreed, we will process it within 14 days of your receipt of the product.
