Warranty

Wordodiy provides a 2-month warranty on all products, and the resolution of defective/erroneous products will depend on the source of damage to the product itself and be decided jointly by Wordodiy and the customer.

Warranty coverage description

Wordodiy is not responsible for any costs caused by vandalism. If the product you receive is deemed defective/buggy, we will request pictures and videos for diagnostic purposes. You may need to send the product to us for replacement or repair. If you maliciously damage the use, Wordodiy is not responsible for any fees incurred during this process. It will be at our sole discretion whether the extent of damage caused is covered by our 2 month warranty.
