Our policy lasts 7 days since the date of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t in most circumstances offer you a refund or exchange. All items are made to order, this means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you. Because of these items’ nature, we will not accept return and exchange requests for any reason as our products are customized and printed on demand. However our ultimate goal is for you to be happy, so please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work something out if you have any issues.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The email confirmation would suffice. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
If you need a return, please contact us at email@example.com for the correct return address. And include the following informationin the email (this is a must): order number, video/photo of the defective product, full delivery address.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping.
Shipping costs in return orders are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item within 48 hours and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
The refund processing time is 48 hours, and the actual arrival time of the refund is determined by your payment method and bank processing time. Usually it will not exceed 14 working days. If you still do not receive a refund after this time, please contact us via our support email firstname.lastname@example.org, we will check the refund progress for you and tell you how to deal with it.
Reasons for always-applicable refunds or replacements
- The product is damaged (impersonal factor)
- The product is in the wrong color or style
- The item was lost in transit
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only support the replacement of defective or damaged items within 7 days of receipt. If you need an exchange, we need you to send the defective item back first. So please email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance to communicate the exchange and obtain the correct return address.
