Allow about 1 week to manufacture, once a custom order is placed it can not be changed or cancelled. Please double check spelling and item selection before checkout. If you require a design proof prior to us cutting your order please add “DESIGN PROOF REQUIRED” in the notes section of your order (this may delay the manufacture time), otherwise we will design, cut and ship your order ASAP.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so you can track it. But usually it takes 3-7 days for the carrier to upload the tracking information to the system.
